ORDERS & SHIPPING

We ship all our orders from Sydney, NSW.

Standard Australia Parcel Post can takes up to 2-6 business days.

Express Parcel Post normally is faster and takes up to 1-3 business days.

You can also check the delivery times to your postcode here by simply entering our postcode "2205" and your postcode.

We offer a flat rate of $7.95 standard delivery to any Australia address, for all orders placed on our website if the total value of the order is under $100 (GST inclusive).

This flat rate $7.95 shipping service is a standard Australia Parcel Post. If you need your items faster, we can also send it via Express Post for extra cost.

We offer FREE standard delivery to Australia for all orders on $100 and over.

PRODUCTS

All our designs are printed on ethically sourced, high quality AS Colour garments.

The fabric is made from a soft, pre-shrunk, heavyweight cotton. They are comfortable to wear and last a long time.

They also feature side seams, double-needle hems, taped shoulder seams, and neck bands for durability.

You can check out their website here. They have stores across Australia, New Zealand and London, so it is safe to say that they know a thing or two in supplying best blank garments.

We recommend turning them inside out and machine or hand washing on cold.

To minimize the shrinking, machine dry low or hang dry. Otherwise, please click here to view a video of how to unshrink your favourite shirts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Limitee purchase.

Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll send you a replacement ASAP.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

1. Send us an email to robert@limitee.com.au , along with your order number and the reasons for the return (this will help us to make our products better). Please contact us before mailing your return to avoid risk of not getting refund.

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case by case basis.

We want to make sure that our products are a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like more information, please contact us with information about your shop.

Absolutely. We are constantly looking for fresh and unique designs to be featured on our T-shirts. So please contact us if you would like us to sell your designs on our tees.

Please include a link to your online portfolio or artist page. Note that we do not solicit designs and will not accept design concepts - you must have ready-to-print designs.

We pay 10% commission on each product sold during the sale period and pay within 3 business days via PayPal.
