ORDERS & SHIPPING

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or directly payment through PayPal.

All our prices online are included GST.

You can also select ZIP or Afterpay on checkout, which allows you to buy the things you love today and pay for them over time in installments, interest free.

We ship all our orders from Sydney, NSW 2000.

Standard Australia Parcel Post can takes up to 2-6 business days.

Express Parcel Post normally is faster and takes up to 1-3 business days.

International Shipping might takes around 6-11 business days depending on where you are located.

You can also check the delivery times to your area here via Australia Post website by simply entering our postcode as "2000" and your postcode or your country.

For shipping to Australia wide, we charge a flat rate of $8 standard shipping fee for all orders under $70 (GST inclusive). And when you spend $70 or over, you will receive a Free Standard Shipping. If you need your items faster, we can also send it via Express Post for extra cost.

International delivery cost is vary depending where you are located, and it will be calculated on checkout page.

Shipments outside of Australia may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to.  Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its custom’s law in the destination country, not by Limitee or the carrier. 

The customer is responsible for all customs fees.

If the customer's country or region charges fees (import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc.), the customer must pay the charge(s). The parcel’s actual value is reported on the customs documents and the fees will be collected by the post office or courier service provider. 

We are not responsible for any customs delivery delays. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.

PRODUCTS

Most of our designs are printed on high quality AS Colour blank garments.

The fabric is made from a soft, pre-shrunk, heavyweight cotton. They are comfortable to wear and last a long time.

They also feature side seams, double-needle hems, taped shoulder seams, and neck bands for durability.

You can check out their website here. They have stores across Australia, New Zealand and London, so it is safe to say that they know a thing or two in supplying best blank garments.

PS: From time to time, if we are short of AS Colour stock, we might use alternative garment from ANVIL or Sportage Australia. This is to avoid further delay with your order.

In order for you to prolong the life of your Limitee garments, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. 

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's label care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to be sure you’re satisfied with your order, which is custom made especially for you. If the size isn’t what you expected, we will gladly exchange any items free of charge within 30 days (please note that customer are responsible for the shipping cost for any returns to us). Give us a shout at sales@limitee.com.auWe're happy to help!

Please note that we can only accept item that hasn't been washed and is in original condition.

In addition to the rights granted by applicable statute (including the Australian Consumer Law), the customer guarantees do not apply to non-faulty items, if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

We're very sorry to hear that there is a defect in your order. We have an extensive Quality Control Process but sometimes defects can slip by undetected. Please contact us directly at sales@limitee.com.au and specify the defect of your order.

MISCELLANEOUS

Absolutely. We are constantly looking for fresh and unique designs to be featured on our T-shirts. So please contact us if you would like us to sell your designs on our tees.

Please include a link to your online portfolio or artist page. Note that we do not solicit designs and will not accept design concepts - you must have ready-to-print designs.

We pay 10% commission on each product sold during the sale period and pay within 3 business days via PayPal.
