Refund policy


What is the return / exchange policy?

- Items purchased from Limitee website are made-to-order for you. We are unable to provide any refund due to "change of mind".

- We're always happy to offer a free exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right. However, we're also just a small business with low capacity to absorb losses from multiple item returns, so we really do hope that you are aware of this impact and carefully check your measurements before ordering (you can find our size guide in the product's description).

- To be eligible for return, items must be unwashed, unworn (except trying for size) and free of any damages. Request must be submitted within 14 days of the receiving your order.

- Please contact us either through our contact form or send us an email to sales@limitee.com.au to set up a return/exchange for your order. 

- Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning any items to us.

- We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns, as we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items. 

- Returns and exchange for orders over $200 AUD will incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

I received my order, but there was a defect!

- We're very sorry to hear that there is a defect in your order. We have an extensive Quality Control Process but sometimes defects can slip by undetected.

- To apply for a refund or exchange, please contact us via our contact form or at sales@limitee.com.au with your order number and some photos of the issue.
